1. Supervision and coordination the department (8 persons) of the laboratory for maintenance of electronic, analytic, instrumentation and control equipment. Providing briefings among the personnel. Report preparation (for purchase of equipment, order of service department work, cost of equipment check and etc), passing data to factory accounting section (including the documentary evidence of cost). Summing-up of work performed, providing results to the top management of the enterprise. 3. Document management, dealing with normative and technical documentation, drawing up of the acts (acceptance test and etc.), billing invoices, receiving products from a supplier. 4. Procurement / delivery process (from the beginning to the end): - Registration and sending orders (supplier search), conducting business correspondence and phone conversations (throughout Russia and the CIS); - Tendering for the selection of the most appropriate proposals and participation in the commission with the top officials of the enterprise; - Preparing (close cooperation with law department), coordination (with all instances of the enterprise) and making the Contracts, solution of the topical issues; - Getting of the purchased equipment (billing, acts preparation of the acceptance test while checking and etc).
